I is the most commited to militarism and refusal to negotiate in history. Just imagine what the world would look like had Bush been in power during the Cuban missile crisis. It refused to negotiate (honestly) with Iraq, it refused to negotiate with the Taliban when they offered to turn OBL over in return for evidence that he was responsible for 911. For no logical reason, it has cut off communication with Syria and ignored offers by Iran to not only recognise Israel, but also shelve it's nuclear program.
