Is the Good Lord only speaking to Rumsfeld? In my experience the Good Lord is heard and heeded more thoughtfully by the lesser mortals in an organisation. On the other hand given the comments, one has to ask whether any one else in the building is needed. This could be a major cost cutting opportunity for the US budget.
