The US is a signatory tot he Geneva Conventions, which stipulate that a soldier must refuse orders he considers illegal, yet the military judge is refusing to allow Watada to enter the illegality of the war into evidence. The military is aiming to make an example out of Watada but it will only make him a martyr. This court case is ridiculous and nothing more than a kangaroo court.
