I presume this blog is referring to the Miao in one particular village. As for the claim that they are the last gun toting tribe, well just look at this <a href="http://drjosephrock.blogspot.com/2004/12/tibetan-hunter-sanyanlong-2004.html" rel="nofollow">Pumi tribesman</a> I saw in Sichuan a while back.
