Rush Limbaugh feigns outrage at the idea of an individual wishing the death of someone they have never met, yet says nothing of Pat Robertson's call for the assassination of Hugo Chavez, or Geln Reynolds calling for he assassination of Iran's nuclear omniscients and leaders.
