I suggest Bush is a "front" for Cheney though. If Cheney can pull the strings and secure access to Iranian oil on America's terms before Nov 2008 Cheney and his Republican backers will be very happy. So Cheney has the brains and Bush is encouraged to feel that Bush has "vision" to make up for his Out of His Depth illiteracy. Good post.
