Perhaps it's sour grapes as Benz and gottcha (is that JFBeck in drag?) were the only folk who turned up at the Australians Against Independent Jewish Voices meeting.

Any group that can pull several hundred people into a physical space for something as boring as a meeting is a group that is doing well.
Most such groups would struggle to get 50.

I wasn't there so i can't comment beyond that but if you think this effort is so piddling BenZ, then I challenge you to pick a cause and match the feat. I will bring the towel to help you wipe the egg off your face when it doesn't work out as easy as you planned.

Last night I attended the second only public meeting of Independent Jewish Voices (IJV) in central London. …The aim of the get-together was to plan future directions for the group and continue the wonderful momentum created by the launch in February.

Second meeting? A few hundred people (out of a population in the six figures?). Wow. Love that momentum!

Of course you only attained 4-500 signatures locally (including the anonymous ones) and you too were hoping for 1000. Is it possible, in your narrow mind, that your opinions aren't actually as popular as you think? Of course not.
