The Second Resource War is not attributable to one president, it has been developing since the 1930's. it just happened that bush 1 and 2 were holding the football when covert appetite for oil became overt violence. this can't be good news for their place in popular history, but the functional demands of the american empire are not under the control of any individual. so comforting, those are blair's bombs, and those are brown's.
