Hi, I'm a Melbourne Year 12 student and have I have been reading your book , My Israel Question (it's distracting me from my studies!), and am gracefully astounded at the notion of a young, passionate and open-minded Australian like yourself who has courageously stood up to the seemingly unstoppable Zionist 'Empire'. I just wish for a fairer portrayal of the real side of the Middle Eastern conflict in the Australian media and i believe that your book has improved this seemingly impossible scenario. With your help, I have discovered the power of words and open-mindedness. I have a particular interest for the Israel-Hezbollah conflict and would love any further opinions from you.

I look forward to reading more of your work.

I don't think both sides are attempting to use this tragedy to score propaganda points. For one thing the Israeli side can't gain much from this at all, that's why they're frantically trying to do a last minute spin (and if that fails, rely on the other fundamental element that every tyrannical government needs - censorship)

You can see the desperate attempt to cover this up from the Israel lobby, particularly here with the attempt from Bren Carlill here. He is blatantly trying to turn this around and make it seem like pro-Palestine movements are to blame. No one is going to buy that kind of rubbish.

Antony has boiled it down to one simple factor. Regardless of her reasons for being in front of that bulldozer, what on earth motivates a human being to continue at full speed ahead, when another human being is standing in the way???? What sort of regime condones this practice? There is only one regime that I am aware of that can get away with such malpractice.

This story must be told - the more people that see it, the better.

After seeing this episode of Dateline, I feel that both sides are attempting to use this tragedy to score propaganda points against the other. This girl held strong enough convictions to die for, and now her death is just a tool to sway belief towards what each side wants. Shame on Israel AND Palestine!
