Not only is the Museum of Tolerance Jerusalem grotesque in itself, physically (a piece of architectural shit), substantively (being built on an Arab cemetery of a millennia and a half vintage). and symbolically (the Zionist version of Jewish history as the history of humanity in general). But the MOTJ a metaphor for the whole Zionist enterprise. The Makdisi talk as masterly.
