In fact it was a rather reasonable piece allowing the world to fund A Hamas government as much as it pleases, just that you can't expect Israel to assist in fund it. Additionally, it is a strong reason for Israel to continue unilateral movements in finishing the security fence and ending any contacts with Palestinians.
