		<description>Dear Antony, I would just ask that you be a little bit careful with using "Reporters without Borders"as a source. They're are basically a C.I.A. / National Endowment for Democracy (NED) front organisation. The state oppression in China deserves condemnation, but they are also virulently anti-Cuba and anti the revolution in Venezuela. Don't be fooled simply because the sound like "Doctors without Borders", who do great work. Some quick links I found regarding their CIA links:
