		<description>Thanks for the bit of news.  I think RP is largely correct when he talks about that stuff.  I'm sure that some violence will continue for many years whether we maintain a large presence or not.  It was a volatile area before we went in.  We ignited many flames but we did get rid of a major butthole.  You can lead a horse to water but ya can't make it drink.  It has to figure some stuff out on its own.  We add an enormous amount of tension to all sides in the region and I think the longer we meddle in their affairs the more likely it is that they will follow us home.  That's my two-cents anyway.</description>
