The “moral taint” of Israeli firm, Cellebrite

Cellebrite is an Israeli “security” company, routinely used by law enforcement around the world to hack into mobile phones.

There’s an interesting new study, published in the British Journal of Criminology, titled: “Should ‘Moral Taint’ Be a Factor in Police Technology Procurement? The Case of Cellebrite”.

It’s worth a read and generously references my work in detailing the presence and use of Cellebrite in Australia.
