The sad tale of a Jewish writer, Jeffrey Goldberg, fervently believing (only in America, of course) that a US senator writing a (tacky and cheesy) Chanukah song means that Judaism is well and truly an integral part of modern US life. Well, maybe, but surely being welcomed and loved means more than a conservative man throwing crumbs to keep the Jews happy:
