Never-ending road-map

Israeli professor Tanya Reinhart is one of the finest scholars in the Jewish state. She is fiercely critical of the country’s establishment, media and military and rightly claims that the “peace process” is little more than an attempt to annex Palestinian land and maintain a colonial and dependent relationship between the Israelis and Palestinians. Thankfully many Palestinians, and some Israelis, are resisting such aims. The international community’s choices are clear.

Reinhart’s latest book, The Road Map to Nowhere, has just been released. It reveals the Israeli establishment’s goal of ethnic cleansing the occupied territories while convincing the world it believes in peace with its neighbours.

Essential reading.
