  This is because portraying Bush as a chimp is not a reflection of national characteristics but merely a cliched personal attack. The Jewish stereotypes are to be found commonly in the Nazi genre and are uniform and predictable. I am sorry that this eluded you Addumbo.

  On the contrary, rather than being anti-American and anti-Semitic, I thought the cartoon was Islamophobically racist and anti-Palestinian in that it represented the Palestinian leader as a toilet seat.Now you can’t get more grosteque than that – sterotyping and labelling the entire nation of Palestine and the Islamic world as being one big toilet bowl.   But I thought he looked kinda like a French President rather than a Nazi setreotype. Are you trying to suggest that Jacques Chirac looks like a Nazi stereotype?
